| HMs కంప్యూటర్ చే ముద్రించిన NR లను DEO ఆఫీస్ లో ఇచ్చుటకు చివరు తేదీ | 20-05-2025 |
| DEO ఆఫీస్ నుండి ప్లోరభుత్వ పరీక్షల కార్యాలయంనకు NR లు ఇచ్చుటకు చివరు తేదీ | 22-05-2025 |

NOTE:- ఫెయిల్ అయిన విద్యార్థులు రీ కౌంటింగ్ – రీ వెరిఫికేషన్ కోసం ఎదురు చూడకుండా అడ్వాన్స్ సప్లమెంటరీ పరీక్షలకు అప్లై చేసుకోవాలి.
RECOUNTING OF MARKS
Instructions/Guidelines
1) The candidate has to submit his recounting application in the O/o the Director of Government Examinations, Telangana, Chapel Road, Gunfoundry, Nampally, Hyderabad-500001 directly to reach this office with intime.
2) Application format is kept in the website www.bse.telangana.gov.in
3) The prescribed fee for each subject is Rs.500/-
4) Enclose Xerox copy of Hall ticket, Dummy memo of marks, if not, the application will be summarily rejected.
5) Fee paid once will not be refunded under any circumstances.
6) Fee paid by way of drawing Demand Drafts & Bankers Cheques will not be accepted.
7) Enclose One Self addressed envelope without stamps.
8) The Challan has to be paid by the individual candidates only and no group challan will be accepted.
9) Application for Recounting will be accepted in the O/o Director of Government Examinations only.
రీ కౌంటింగ్ కొరకు దరఖాస్తు చేయు విద్యార్థులు సబ్జెక్ట్ కు 500/- RS చొప్పున చెల్లించాలి.
మే 15, 2025 వరకు తుది గడువు.
ఈ కింద తెలిపిన హెడ్ ఆఫ్ అకౌంట్ ల ద్వారా చలాన చెల్లించి వారి యొక్క దరఖాస్తులను ఈ కార్యాలయానికి నేరుగా కానీ పోస్ట్ ద్వారా కానీ పంపించాలి.

రీ వెరిఫికేషన్ మరియు జవాబు పత్రాల నకలు జారీ
1) The candidate has to submit his/her filled in application form to the Headmaster of the school concerned, duly getting the attestation on photo and application with School stamp.
2) Application format is kept in the website www.bse.telangana.gov.in
3) The prescribed fee for each subject is Rs.1000/- for Re-verification and the Headmaster shall remit the Re-verification Fee Online integrated through Cyber Treasury for each candidate and no group Challan will be accepted.
4) The Headmaster should upload through online and submit these application forms in the DEO office as per schedule.
5) Need not apply for Recounting of marks, if applied for supply of Photostat copy of valued answer script.
6) Should not send application for re verification of answer scripts directly to the O/o the Director of Government Examinations / Board of Secondary Education, Hyderabad.
7) Enclose Xerox copy of Hall ticket, Dummy memo of marks, if not, the application will be summarily rejected.
8) Fee paid once will not be refunded under any circumstances.
9) Applications sending by post/courier service will not be accepted.
10) Fee paid by way of drawing Demand Drafts & Bankers Cheques will not be accepted.
11)The appeal for undervaluation or over valuation shall not be considered under any circumstances.
12) The Xerox copy of the valued answer script will be sent to the candidate after Re-verification.
13) Enclose One Self addressed envelope of 12 X 9 ½ (book size) without stamps and another cover of 1
14) Application submitted after due date will not be accepted under any circumstances.
15) Application for recounting will be accepted in the O/o Director of Government Examinations only.
Provisions included in Re verification:
1) Re totalling.
2) Whether marks for all answers are posted or not.
3) Re-verification as per the Principles of valuation for only those answers which are Un-valued. Un-valued answers will be valued and marks will be awarded.
If any reduction in the already awarded marks is noticed it will be communicated to the candidate with an instruction to surrender/ return the original certificate to facilitate issue of the revised certificate with the reduced marks. The marks will be revised in the permanent record of the office. If the candidate concerned fails to comply with the instruction in returning the memo, he has to face the consequences if his certificate referred for verification at a later date. The Department is not
responsible for the action of the candidate.
విద్యార్థులు సంబంధిత పాఠశాలలో హల్ టికెట్ జిరాక్స్ కాపీ మరియు ప్రింటెడ్ మెమో కాపీతో పాటు ( HM ధృవీకరణ సంతకంతో సహా ) రీ వెరిఫికేషన్ దరఖాస్తును సమర్పించాలి.
HMs ఆన్ లైన్ ద్వారా అప్లోడ్ చేసిన మరియు DEO కార్యాలయంనకు సమర్పించిన దరఖాస్తులు మాత్రమే అనుమతించబడుతాయి.
SSC బోర్డు నకు పోస్ట్ ద్వారా పంపిన దరఖాస్తులు ఆమోదించబడవు.
దరఖాస్తు ఫారములు ఆన్ లైన్ లేదా DEO కార్యాలయం నుండి పొందవచ్చు.
ఒక్కో సబ్జెక్టుకు 1000 RS /- మొత్తాన్ని ఈ కింద తెలిపిన హెడ్ ఆఫ్ అకౌంట్ కి మాత్రమే వ్యక్తిగతంగా చలాన ద్వారా చెల్లించాలి.
